1. Introduction

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

4. Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ur999 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

5. Deposits

ur999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your ur999 balance instantly in most cases, subject to the processing time of your chosen payment method.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in your own name. ur999 does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Abandoned or Rain-Affected Matches: If a T20 or ODI match is abandoned with no result — and the match cannot be completed on a reserve day — all match result bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets already settled (e.g., toss, first innings) are not reversed.
